Nancy both sold my home and helped me buy my new one. So, I had a lot of interaction with her. Therefore , I am very confident in saying that she is great to work with because of her high work ethic and accommodating nature. I found her to always be warm, flexible and very willing to the extra mile. An example is that we had unexpected snow just before a scheduled open-house at my home and Nancy went over to the house and shoveled the snow off the walk herself so the open house could take place! She also listens and respects her clients opinion and/or requests offering good advice when needed. In the event that she didn't have an exact answer to a question, which was seldom, she always researched it and got back to me quickly so I could make informed decisions. She also made the mountain of paperwork easy, sometimes walking me through documents so that it was very hassle free.I can say without reservation that I recommend her highly.
